Visual Search is designed for a wide range of users with minimal training and support. VS users include customer account managers, knowledge workers, intelligence staff, call centre operatives and fraud investigators.
The focal point of Visual Search is an interactive “canvas” through which users can explore data and save and share their work. Key features include:
Sharing and collaboration Saved canvases can be shared with colleagues to present findings and to collaborate. A visualisation can be easily exported to Microsoft Office applications and the underlying data can be exported to Microsoft Excel for more traditional analysis.
