Visual Search is designed for a wide range of users with minimal training and support. VS users include customer account managers, knowledge workers, intelligence staff, call centre operatives and fraud investigators.

The focal point of Visual Search is an interactive “canvas” through which users can explore data and save and share their work. Key features include:

Building context VS allows the user to rapidly explore and expand the context around any point of interest such as a client, project, suspect, event, employee or email address.
Simplifying complexity VS has intuitive and powerful filtering capabilities that allow users to “de-clutter” and focus on what is important to them.
Finding hidden connections VS makes it easy for users to reveal important connections between things (people, events, organisations etc) that, on the surface, seem unconnected.

Sharing and collaboration Saved canvases can be shared with colleagues to present findings and to collaborate. A visualisation can be easily exported to Microsoft Office applications and the underlying data can be exported to Microsoft Excel for more traditional analysis.
