Siebel Case Management and Visual Search

Intetek are pleased to announce that a connector to Siebel Case Management is now available as an optional component of the Visual Search SDK. Oracle partners who use this SDK will have a quick start to offer VS as an enhancement to Siebel to their existing and new clients. David Shepherd, Oracle’s Director for Siebel Public Sector, explains how this will add a powerful new capability to Siebel Case Management users.
